could a script computer program

count the squares in the large image that is google maps for a good estimate? I'm pretty sure it's way under the offical number, the vote tally was stupidly low, maybe count those next time. Total # of voting areas, and also count # of ppl at each one. Another trick might be counting the DMV database records. assuming any of those exist and weren't smashed or never made a while back, also the deja was apparently someone trying to hack me, for a second time.
