One could do a series of spanking movies, like the exercise videos, you play along. Both must finish one to do the next, maybe with in between win/fail reading/writing assignments.
Just putting what I wrote into media works too, except for censorship, and careful of cheating....movies can make it real too, maybe a reality show where you go into workplaces, find random employees, and spank them as a management style while recording, see what happens, and refine....
Kind of sciency, might work on mythbusters, myth: does spanking improve grades ? while being risque, might be doable in some context more than others.....
Or from the other direction, perhaps make a game that only simulates it, so employees could run this new program, the boss could claim they need spanks , or the game would, and it would only be optional.
Fear is caused by lack of experience and prevents it?
