Maybe to block the minor thing, make a mandatory credit card button and a few warnings, plus a 'hey that isn';t 18' button so it's kind of legal, maybe pass a protection law against 'accidentally' seeing censored info, instead of forcing everybody to bury their heads to live. Turns out impregnating a child by force is the exact same crime as visiting chatroulette and gettin paired with a naked kid, except the first one doesn't actually happen and the judge knows it, and wants to keep his job.
